Térèse Coudreaut Curiel
Térèse Coudreaut Curiel joined the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation as director of human resources in January 2011 and was promoted to VP/Administration and Human Resources in December 2012. In August 2014 she became VP/Administration.
Coudreaut previously worked for Knight Foundation as manager of workforce performance and development, where she created a metrics-based approach to determining success. Most recently, Coudreaut led a global consulting practice at Alexander Proudfoot Co. that helped companies adapt to large-scale operational change. Previously, Coudreaut worked with a Marsh & McLennan subsidiary, where she developed a project management office that helped drive over 200 worldwide projects to on-time and on-budget delivery.
A graduate of the State University of New York with a bachelor’s in marketing communications, Coudreaut earned a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Columbia University.
