Job Description:

The Knight Foundation is seeking an AI Product Designer to use cutting-edge generative language tools such as GPT-3 to design pilot products that streamline the Foundation’s internal processes. The successful candidate will use their knowledge and expertise to gain insights from the pilot deployments and develop guidelines for incorporating AI and NLP tools into the Foundation’s internal processes and grantmaking strategies.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as an Undergraduate or Graduate student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Natural Language Processing
Proficient in at least one data analytics programming language (e.g. SQL, R, or Python)
Knowledge of generative language tools and large language models such as GPT-3
Experience with natural language processing
Ability to design and refine data models
