Civic Innovators

These community leaders attended The Doable City forum organized by 8-80 Cities not just to learn but to share doable ideas for making communities more livable, so they can attract and keep talent, open up opportunity, and create space for engagement.

8-80 Cities

8-80 Cities is an organization dedicated to contributing to the transformation of cities into places where people can walk, bike, access public transit and visit vibrant parks and public spaces. The forum held in June 2014 in Chicago was called the Doable City, because it focused on how practical, sometimes simple, changes can make big differences. Read the conference coverage and watch the videos to hear what attendees learned and shared.
