Ramona Hood was elected to Knight Foundation’s board of trustees in 2022. She serves on the Governance and Program committees.

Hood is experienced across highly regulated sectors and has a depth of operation and customer experience. She spent 33 years at FedEx and is the former, President and CEO of FedEx Custom Critical®. A leading North American Transportation provider that offers a range of transportation capabilities for expedite ground, temperature-control shipments and industry specific solutions.

Hood was appointed by the Board of Governors in Washington, DC to serves as a Class C Director for the Federal Reserve Board of Cleveland. Hood also serves on the board of Brinker International (EATS).
