Celebrate in Little Havana at Viernes Cultural/Cultural Friday July 27

Join us on July 27 at Domino Plaza starting at 7:00 PM in celebrating another Viernes Cultural/Cultural Friday. Little Havana’s popular art and culture festival is a great event for the whole family. Enjoy music and discover works by local artists and artisans in and around our iconic Domino Plaza on SW 8th Street and SW 15th Avenue, and behold contemporary and historic artworks at our many fine art galleries along Calle Ocho.

This month, we will feature Panamanian Latin rock star Dania who is considered one of the best accordion players in her country. This beauty queen is the official accordionist for the Grammy award-winner, Panamanian band, Rabanes.  Dania will delight us with the debut of her new release single ‘Amor de Dos’. Come enjoy her mix of melodies which will, no doubt, enlightened your evening.

Also performing this month Sons of Mystro (Futurama Building 1637 SW 8th St. Miami, FL 33135, 8 to 9:30 pm). Have you ever been serenaded by a musical duo, who plays over ten different genres of popular music, using the violin instead of their voices to literally express a songs lyrics? If not, then you must not have heard of the violin virtuosos, Sons of Mystro born to a Barbadian mother and Jamaican father, who have been honing their skills in the south Florida public school system, attending Dillard High School for the Performing Arts.
