Overview

Our HR Analytics and Talent Management Intern will assist with the design and implementation of Knight Foundation’s Talent Development Tool Repository and encourage adoption and awareness of this new tool repository among Knight Foundation staff. The intern will also help to create an HR analytics dashboard to report on key HR metrics such as time and cost to hire, tenure, and engagement. These projects will inform our decision-making and help drive organizational performance and productivity. 

This is an in-office position based in Miami, FL.

Things We Look For

  • Human Resources, Information Science, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or related areas of study.
  • Highly organized self-starter with an interest in leveraging data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Experience with process improvement and development.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization.
  • Alignment with Knight Foundation’s mission and values.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
