Alexis began working for Knight Foundation in 2023 as the Director of Talent Management. For the past 10 years, Alexis has been with UNITEDLEX, a consulting services organization focused on supporting legal teams with litigation, project management, intellectual property, data hosting and more. Following completion of her Juris Doctor from UM, Alexis joined UNITEDLEX as an associate in the consulting practice and, after seven years of increasing responsibility managing eDiscovery projects, her knack for and interest in training and development sharpened. In 2020 she received her fourth promotion and made the choice to change career directions when she took the role of Director, HR Business Partner. Since then, Alexis has focused on developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes. In 2021, she also took responsibility for UNITEDLEX’s new UPWARD! Foundation. In that capacity, she supported the foundation’s early charitable work.
