Cynthia Vizcardo joined Knight Foundation in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant on the communities and national initiatives team, where she supports operations across San Jose, Akron and Detroit. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University and brings over five years of experience in the administrative field. Cynthia’s diverse background includes roles in both the profit and non-profit sectors, where she has excelled in organizing. She also has experience as a union organizer.

Originally from Peru and raised in Miami, Cynthia’s multicultural background and dynamic experiences have uniquely positioned her to thrive in various capacities. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to adapt to different environments make her a valuable asset to the Knight Foundation team.
