Eliarys Tavarez joined Knight Foundation in 2023. She is the executive assistant supporting the Communities and National Initiatives program.

With eight years of experience in the administrative field, Eliarys presents a versatile skill set, meticulously cultivated across diverse roles and industries. Notably, she spent four and a half years in the healthcare sector, where she excelled in both administration and management capacities.

Eliarys holds a Bachelor of Art in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Miami International University.
