Isaac Weiser joined Knight Foundation’s internship program in June 2019. He works with Phillip Francis, director of information technology.

Weiser is a student at Florida State University, where he studies information technology with a minor in computer science. He is the head of sponsorship for HackFSU, an organization that organizes hackathons for undergraduates around the country. In 2019, Weiser participated in the Make/Build hackathon, where his website won the People’s Choice Award. Weiser also worked in student engagement and recruitment as the School Board of Broward County’s assistant student advisor.

In his free time, Weiser enjoys geocaching, exploring the outdoors, and listening to podcasts. A Ft. Lauderdale native, Weiser is excited to work on streamlining technical processes to manage Knight’s contacts.
