JennyLee Molina joined the Knight Foundation in February 2025 as Director of Communications. With over 15 years of experience in integrated marketing, public relations, and community engagement, she brings a strong background in strategic communications and social impact.

Prior to Knight, she served as Senior Digital Strategist for Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and founded JLPR, leading award-winning campaigns across hospitality, wellness, and nonprofit sectors. As a passionate community advocate, JennyLee founded 305 DAY and co-founded the Leah Arts District in Hialeah.

Beyond her professional achievements, JennyLee is dedicated to leveraging her platform to inspire positive change, champion local voices, and build meaningful connections. Her community-building approach and passion for storytelling make her an ideal leader to advance Knight Foundation’s communications strategy and mission.
