Jordan Martinez joined Knight Foundation’s summer internship program in June. He works with the Miami community program.

Martinez is a rising senior pursuing degrees in economic policy and German with a certificate in markets and management at Duke University. Last summer, he spent two months in Nicaragua consulting local businesses and providing free medical care to communities around the country.

A Miami native, Jordan is passionate about community building and excited to be working at an organization committed to advancing his hometown and other communities around the nation.
