Mintra Putlek is a master’s student at University of Miami (UM), pursuing a graduate degree in business analytics. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from UM in December 2023. She has experience working with machine learning, predictive analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, and programming languages. She also has recently served as President of the Asian American Students Association at UM, where she successfully enhanced engagement and fostered a cohesive community through service activities, workshops and networking events. In her free time, she loves songwriting, reading, and traveling.

Mintra will be working with Alexis Miyar (director/talent management) to enhance the Foundation’s understanding and use of HR analytics and people data, as well as build out an HR resource database to increase awareness of, and engagement with, available professional development and coaching resources.
