Nathalie Janata joined Knight Foundation’s internship program in June 2019. She works with Evette Alexander, John Sands and Ashley Zohn, directors of learning and impact. 

Janata is a student at the University of Miami, where she studies economics and theater arts. She has served as chair of the student allocation and programming board, which allocates funds for student initiatives, and as a student representative for the Ashoka Fellowship’s designation to create a social entrepreneurship program. She received an honorable mention at the National Model United Nations while serving as a student delegate for Sierra Leone at the Economic Commission for Africa.

Originally from Germany, Janata will apply and develop her skills in knowledge and impact management to serve Knight’s mission.
