Paige Levin joined Knight Foundation’s 2015 summer internship program in June. She works with the Journalism Program.

Levin is a rising junior studying journalism and political science at the University of Florida, where she reports for the student-run newspaper, The Independent Florida Alligator. She has additional experience as an editor at College Magazine National and as a brand advancement intern for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Levin has a passion for both journalism and philanthropy. She serves as a captain for Dance Marathon at the University of Florida, which benefits the Children’s Miracle Network. As vice president of philanthropy for Alpha Epsilon Phi at the University of Florida, Levin organizes fundraisers for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and Sharsheret, a breast cancer support foundation.
