Peter Kellogg joins Knight Foundation for a 2024 summer internship program on the Communities and National Initiatives team. Working with Knight’s Miami Director, Marta Viciedo, Peter’s work will focus on investigative research around Miami’s growing climate tech hub. He currently is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Miami in Ecosystem Policy and Science with a minor in Econometrics.

Before joining the Knight Foundation, Peter directed recruitment efforts at the BrainStation tech bootcamp school in Wynwood. Additionally, he is a vice chair of the University of Miami Student Government’s Eco Agency and leads outreach communication for a student investment group called Century Fund.

His favorite hobbies include cooking and spending time outdoors in Miami by sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.
