Roman Diaz joined Knight Foundation in June 2018. Prior to joining Knight, Diaz worked with Complete Hydroponics in Miami. For the past four years, he served as chief financial manager. Diaz was responsible for the company’s financial management and reporting, business advisory, logistics, and regulatory compliance.Before that, he held several operational and systems positions with Florida Power & Light. Part of his focus included reporting metrics and process improvements.

Diaz has a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in finance and management information systems as well as international business and marketing.
