Tanner Bhonslay joined Knight Foundation’s 2018 internship program in June. He works with director of Learning and Impact, David Askenazi, and the rest of the Learning and Impact team.

Bhonslay is a rising sophomore at the University of Chicago planning to major in economics. At the University of Chicago, he is involved with a student-run investment fund and has consulted for a major Chicago-area basketball team as well as a publicly traded flower company. Prior to Knight Foundation, Bhonslay interned at Libra Advisors, a long-short equity hedge fund where he executed trades and valued potential investments.

A native of New York City, Tanner can’t wait to spend the summer evaluating the operational sustainability of Knight’s grantees and experiencing all that Miami has to offer.
