Job Overview:

The Knight Foundation is seeking a driven and detail-oriented graduating senior (undergraduate) or first-year graduate student to join our team in Miami and contribute to the strengthening of the Fluxx grants management software. The primary focus of this role is to research, assess and evaluate Knight’s Donor Advised Fund (DAFs), geographical, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) data.

The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in improving the grantmaking experience by recommending ways to improve Knight’s current grant/DAF form and grantee portal. The goal is to increase better outcomes in our grantmaking processes.

Qualifications:

Graduating senior (undergraduate) or first-year graduate student. All majors are welcomed to apply.
Familiarity with excel is a plus.
