This has been a busy season for the Akron Civic Theatre. With the support of Knight Foundation, the Theatre hosted 51 events between Sept 26, 2010 and May 28, 2011. Here’s a snapshot of the season:

• 51 total events
• 48,410 attendees
• 35 rental events (the presenter and/or producer was a local arts organization)
• 16 events produced by local artists and arts organizations and presented by the theatre
• 1150 performers from the greater Akron area
• 5657 ALL ACCESS tickets issued to participants who would likely not otherwise be able to attend a performance
