The City of Philadelphia ended its Knight-sponsored City Hall Presents series with a free concert by the beloved homegrown talent, Kurt Vile. The enigmatic musician is a big supporter of Philly and last night, the city loved back. Vile was presented with the Liberty Bell Award and August 28 was proclaimed “Kurt Vile Day.”
