Now that Basel is over, it’s time to get back to Sandbox at the Miami Theater Center (a Knight Arts grantee) for “Mi Casa Su Casa,” a multidimensional, cross-disciplinary performance installation produced by GodoyPradera Projects.

This will be the third iteration of “Mi Casa Su Casa” created with the hope of bringing together artists from different disciplines to share their ideas and, most importantly, to have fun. The idea for “Mi Casa Su Casa” comes from Lazaro Godoy, whose experiences in Tel Aviv inspired the format for the event that includes visual art, dance, installation and celebration.

“Mi Casa Su Casa” is this Saturday, December 13th from 8 p.m. to midnight at the Sandbox. Hang out with local artists who are transforming Miami’s cultural landscape. Guest DJ Denise Phaxas will keep the energy flowing.

“Mi Casa Su Casa” takes place Saturday, December 13th at Sandbox at the Miami Theater Center, 9806 NE 2nd Ave., Miami Shores. Tickets are $10 ($5 for students) and can be purchased at the door.
