Miami City Ballet recently completed its first program of the 2013-2014 Season. Christopher Wheeldon’s breakthrough contemporary work Polyphonia was one of the featured ballets and also one of five company premieres that will be presented this year.

Bringing new work to South Florida is important for audiences and the dancers alike — creating original artistic experiences for the community and stretching the artistic boundaries of our dancers to make them move and feel in new, interesting ways. Throughout the years, the Knight Foundation has helped us make several new works possible for which we are truly grateful!
