Teatro Prometeo is getting ready to present one of the most exciting international children’s theatre festivals in Miami this fall during the Miami Book Fair International! Companies arriving from from Italy, Colombia, Chile and Argentina are joining three amazing Miami-based groups who have partnered with other local arts organizations in order to bring Miami its first ever international children’s theatre festival! There is no excuse for not coming to see these performances as all the shows are FREE! Culture starts with kids, and Play Time! aspires to assure that this art form continues to thrive and inspire the next generation of artists and participants. We are so excited to be able to bring this Festival to our multi-cultural community and at three iconic local cultural centers in Miami: Teatro Prometeo at the Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College in Downtown Miami, the Koubek Center in Little Havana, and the Little Haiti Cultural Arts Center.
