Introducing Drum Up Support! This ongoing campaign is designed to assist in the development of our performing ensembles starting in the Fall. The groups will be divided into four categories: juniors, teens, young adults, and a wild card group. Each $25 donation will cover the cost of a two-hour rehearsal for one student in need. About the SFCPA The SFCPA’s primary mission is to create new and enhance existing opportunities to enjoy music through percussion. It will accomplish this through a variety of interconnected services – assisting school music programs to improve quality, complementing and augmenting those programs by offering classes and ensembles not commonly available in a school environment, and hosting workshops, special events, and performances. In addition, it will meet a common challenge of studying percussion: having convenient access to literature, equipment, and rehearsal space.
